R. Michael Cianfrani is a paralegal at Taylor & Company Law Offices, LLP. Michael studied biology and philosophy at Duke University, where he earned a B.S. in 1998. Before joining Taylor & Company, Michael was a legal assistant at Howard Rice (1999-2005) and Keker & Van Nest (2005-2007), and worked as an independent discovery and trial consultant for Bingham McCutchen and several other Bay Area law firms (2008-2010). Michael has significant experience in intellectual property, patent, trade secret and complex civil litigation, and has led trial teams representing both plaintiffs and defendants.
